Job Profile and Description: 岗位简介

A sales representative is one of the key employees in our company, as he is a person who establishes the first contact with customers and thus is responsible for keeping up the image of the company through his dealings and interactions. The sales representative is responsible to create a client database and has to be alert to offer the perfect service, fulfilling the need and interest of every potential customer.

销售代表,作为与客户之间产生首次接触的人员,在与客户沟通互动的过程中,能起到影响公司形象的关键作用。销售代表,有义务增加公司客户数量,且能灵活掌握最好的潜在客户,能最大程度满足每一个潜在客户的需求。

Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责

1.The sales representative creates on daily basis a data list of potential customers.

2.He/she will contact the potential customers by telephone with the purpose to arrange a meeting to introduce the company and the product.

3.He/she will visit the potential customer to make a demonstration of the products and discuss the sales package for the clients.

4.He/she will aim to establish new clients for the company on base of the demonstration meeting and possible further follow up afterwards.

1.每日有效增加潜在客户数据。

2.电话联系潜在客户,以达到安排会面的目的,并在会面中介绍公司和产品。

3.拜访潜在客户,进行产品示范,为客户提供定制销售套餐。

4.通过与客户的会面,建立客户与公司的合作关系,并尽可能地进行跟进工作。



Skills and Specifications 技能


1.The sales representative must be a proactive person, who is able to work both independently and in team.

2.He/she must have great sales and negotiation skills.

3.He/she must have good communication skills and need to be friendly while interacting with the customers.

4.He/she must be able to identify the need and interest of the potential customer, with the aim to offer the most adequate service to him.

5.He/she must have basic knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office, which will help them to prospect potential customers and organize the paperwork for the clients.

1.具有前瞻性,能独立作业,同时也能团队合作。

2.具有杰出的销售技巧,谈判技巧。

3.具有良好的沟通技巧,能友善地与客户进行沟通互动。

4.能洞察潜在客户的需求和兴趣,为潜在客户提供适当的服务。

5.掌握基本网络电脑知识,办公操作系统,使其能发掘寻找潜在客户,以及为客户安排电子文件的制作。

Education and Qualifications 教育

1.The Sales representative needs a bachelor’s degree in International Business, Commerce or other majors with subjects like sales, marketing, economics, etc.

2.He/she needs an excellent knowledge of the English language, on both spoken and written basis. Other foreign languages will be evaluated as a plus.

3.He/she has at least 1 year of experience in direct sales, either on telephone base or face to face.

1.具有学士学位要求,国际贸易、商务贸易或涉及销售、市场、经济等方面的专业。

2.英语水平佳, 口语及书面,同时具有其他外语水平更佳。

3.一年以上销售经验,电话销售或者面对面直接销售均可。
