Major Activities:
1 Responsible for GLP immunoassay method development and validation projects, including ligand binding and immunogenicity studies.
2 Proactively communicate key issues and any other critical topics in a timely manner to clients
and management and/or to any other relevant project team member(s).
3 Design, plan, perform and monitor all assigned activities.
4 Meet quality and productivity goals and all associated timelines.
5 Work according to appropriate SOP’s, GLP guidelines and company policies.
6 Interpret results, evaluate data, draw relevant conclusions and write reports.
7 Provide scientific leadership and actively train junior members of the department.
8 Report and present scientific/technical results.

Background:
Education (minimum/desirable): Minimum: MS or Ph.D in Immunology/Immunoassay
Required: Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience in regulatory environment (GLP), experience in ligand binding assays and immunogenicity assays.
