Part 1. Describe the Position

Summary:

The person is responsible for processing Accounts Payable and providing support to GL reconciliation, month close, Statutory reporting, internal & external audit, and SOA processes

AP transactions

In charge of 3 way match and processing payment transactions

Material & expense data entry into ERP system

Reconciliation of AP balance and solve the outstanding issue in time

Monitoring and tracking payable & other receivable aging

GL

Checking GL and SL reconciliation

Preparing TB, BS&PL uploading TB and other financial reports in HFM

Month close process tracking

Support in preparation of statutory reporting

SOA/Compliance

Make sure compliance of P2P cycle with SOA and any other company policy

Preparing internal & external audit and SOA documentation

Support in review and setup SOA/Internal control/FCPA processes

Tax

Handle Income Tax, VAT, stamp Tax and other related tax issues

Responsible for VAT refund process

Monthly VAT declaration and tax return

Quarterly and Yearly Income tax declaration

Prepare and file related tax reports and finance information and assist internal and external auditor for all the tax related issues

Part 2.Describe the Person

A)Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).

1. Bachelor degree of Accounting

2. More than 5 years of accounting experience working in foreign manufacturing company.

3. Experience in major ERP systems(BPCS,SAP) and HFM is preferred

4. Good communication in English
