Successful candidates will be responsible for:

· Communicating with the sales team during daily meetings

· Generate leads within the Sales Strategy

· Entering and organizing customer information into the CRM

· Communicating with local and foreign customers, answering sales queries and explaining products

· Going on sales calls to introduce the customers to the products, services and close sales

· Attending and participating in events to raise awareness of the brand and products

· Assisting the Sales Manager with strategy lead meetings

· Problem solve issues with customer needs, complaints and opportunities

Requirements:

· Fluent Mandarin Chinese and excellent English, able to interact smoothly with both Chinese and foreigners

· Excellent communication skills (in person, email, and over phone) in both English and Chinese

· Relevant experience in sales and marketing (at least 4 years experience required)

· Quick at learning information related to product technology and basic environmental science

· Independent, self-motivated and highly efficient-Problem solver

· Well-organized, analytical, and has an understanding of the mindset of Chinese and foreign clients

· Professional attitude and appearance that resonates with corporate and government clients

· Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook required. Experience with CRM systems and Photoshop a plus

Salary will be 6,000RMB base salary + commission. Top performing sales reps in our company bring home between 15,000 – 20,000 RMB per month. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted

销售/市场助理

Renaud Lifestyle Products Ltd作为美国高品质空气净化器Alen的亚洲代理商，正致力寻求一位兼备高素质的销售/市场专员，主要职责为辅助北京区总经理日常工作的顺利开展，开拓北京区的中外市场。

您的职责是：

1. 与市场部沟通协作，撰写中文广告文案，策划广告创意等部分。

2. 协助中外市场的策划，开展

3. 解答中国客户关于产品的任何疑问

4. 另外一部分时间需要向中国客户通过电话的形式介绍我方的产品以达成销售

5. 找寻商机，参与促销活动项目以达成更广阔的品牌认知度

6. 集中中国市场的开展

7. 协助总部的工作的展开，包括接听电话，收集信息，兼顾市场的部分，以及安排发货。

8. 统筹录入并整理客户CRM信息

您需要具备：

1. 流利的中英文，能与中外客户进行顺利的交流

2. 良好的中英文沟通技巧（包括面对面沟通交流，邮件，电话等形式）

3. 市场销售相关的经验（至少四年的相关经验）

4. 能够迅速掌握产品的相关信息

5. 独立，自律，高效

6. 具备一定分析能力，能够了解掌握中外客户的需求

7. 对待公司及政府客户需要具备的专业素质及体现

8. 熟练掌握Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM系统.

基本工资6000，外加提成。仅一小部分面试者将会有直接的面试机会。
