职位描述
岗位要求：
1.在制造行业从事涂装流水线生产。
2.熟悉涂装手工喷涂以及机器人喷涂。
3.熟悉喷涂设备的使用及维护，油漆的调配。
4.熟悉涂装TPM内容
5.负责喷涂手工线、自动线员工的培训。
6.熟悉涂装生产工艺，并持续改进。
7.控制分析涂装生产线不良品的根本原因采取相应对策，并持续改善。
8.了解精益生产及标准化作业。
9.良好地沟通能力及熟练的涂装专业技能。
10.能倒班。
学历及经验要求：
1.大专以上学历，英语良好。
2.两年以上涂装工作经验。

SPI has design and sales team, build up excellent symbiosis with many famous carmaker and automobile components supplier for example Ford, GM etc. The Nanjing Plant is established on June 2006, located in Jiangning Economic & Development Zone, and started production on February 2007, the company business performance is good, and being in the period of vigorously development, the existing staff are more than 500 people.
