Key Responsibilities

Involved in co-ordination of day-to-day activities in the Department, including tasks such as SOP Management, issue tracking, report scheduling, and general administration of issues necessary for department operations.

Assist the appropriate Director in scheduling meetings, training, and other activities as necessary.

Provide translation, or co-ordination of translation of documents as needed.

Present as a resource for other staff to assist with client visits, audits and also liaise clients as needed.

Take on additional tasks as delegated on a day-to-day basis by the appropriate Director.

Maintaining and performing under the assigned work schedule in a timely manner.



Minimum Requirements

BS/BA in chemistry, biological sciences, pharmaceutical sciences or related fields, technical or graduate school. Strong verbal and written English language skills and academic or professional qualifications are desirable. Prior experience with toxicology studies is a plus.
