随着销售办公室（项目）数量的不断增长，目前在亚太地区已有33个项目，其中包括中国区的13个项目。爱利琴商务咨询有限公司发展的储备经理项目，关注于挑选合格候选人，由公司执行团队亲力指导并培训成业内专家，最终培养成为中国区现有和新开设项目的领导人物。

职位描述：
·储备经理项目是为我们行业以外有经验的经理们进行为期6个月的培训项目，在这期间，候选人通过公司各个部门的轮岗培训，学习成为我们业内管理层人员所必需的技能和知识。主要涵盖以下几个方面：
o 公司入职介绍，产品知识和电话销售
o 客服和处理投诉
o 行政、人事及运营项目所需的相关财务工作
o 电话中心管理基础
o 招聘、培训和新员工入职
o 电话中心和员工的高级管理技巧
·以上每个方面，候选人都会接受理论上的培训，并会要求亲自实践来证明在各方面的工作能力，以便进入下一阶段的培训。

·在储备经理项目培训结束后，成功的候选人将被直接派遣至现有或新开项目中担任培训经理或项目经理职位。

有电话销售中心管理经验的候选人将被考虑直接成为培训经理或项目经理。

职位要求

· 可接受被调派至中国其他主要城市的需要
·大专以上学历
·至少5年以上工作经验，其中包含至少2年以上人员管理职能经验
·高水平情商和销售学习能力
·以人为导向，出色的沟通技巧
·能从前一份工作中，证明自己有毅力，目标导向型及解决问题的能力
·能证明在无监督的情况下工作并具有责任心

Background
The Accor Hotel Group, founded in France, is a multinational hotel management company managing over 4,000 hotels globally under its famous brands including Sofitel, Pullman, Novotel, Grand Mercure and Ibis.

Allegiance Business Consulting Co., Ltd. is an Accor owned company that specializes in the running and maintaining of Accor’s own hotel loyalty program Accor Advantage Plus, an exclusive membership which entitles members to benefits when staying and dining in Accor hotels.

With a growing number of Sales Offices (Programs), currently 33 in the Asia Pacific region including 13 Programs in China, Allegiance has developed the Management Trainee Program in which selected candidates are mentored by Allegiance’s Executive Team and trained to become industry experts and the future leaders of existing and new Programs in China.

Job Description
·The Management Trainee Program is a 6 month training program for experienced managers from outside our industry in which candidates are rotated through different departments for training in all skills and knowledge required to be successful in a management role in our industry. The main areas covered are:
o Company induction, product knowledge and telesales
o Customer service and complaint resolution
o Administration, HR and finance work related to the running of a Program
o Call Centre management fundamentals
o Recruitment, training and on boarding of new staff
o Advanced Call Centre and people management
·For each of the above areas, the candidate will be provided with theoretical training but also will required be hands on and prove a working competence in each in order to progress to the next stage
·At the end of the Management Trainee Program a successful candidate will be placed directly into a Training Manager or Program Manager role in an existing or newly opened

Candidates with Outbound Call Centre Management experience will be considered for immediate placement as a Training Manager or Program Manager.

Requirements
·College or university degree
·A minimum of 5 years working experience including 2 year in a people management role
·High level of emotional intelligence and aptitude for sales
·People orientated and excellent communication skills
·Evidence of persistence, goal orientation and problem solving ability in previous work experience
·Evidence of an ability to work unsupervised and act responsibly
·Able to relocate if necessary to other major cities in China
