任职资格
1、诚实、信用、认真、负责，具备强烈的进取精神和优秀的资源整合能力，良好的沟通能力和团队建设能力，愿意为客户和业务人员服务、与公司其他部门配合；
2、具备市场开拓、营销策划、价格管理、危机应对能力，对市场反应敏感并能及时做出准确的判断和决策，善于发现潜在商机，能够应对并妥善处理各类突发事件；
3、五年以上市场营销工作经验，具有两年以上类似岗位工作经验，对绿色建筑领域发展有认识，掌握业务领域的客户资源，熟悉开展和维护业务的渠道与资源；
4、营销、暖通、管理或相关专业本科以上学历，业务适应能力强，其工作能得到各方面的支持。

岗位职责
1、参与企业战略规划管理，负责制订并实施企业营销策略；
2、负责制订与分解公司年度营销工作目标，提出对应的营销方案、费用管理和效果评价办法；
3、负责开拓市场和业务，进行适当和高效的推广，管理并推进工作进度，全面达成公司营销目标，建立并维护市场运作体制和机制；
4、负责销售团队、销售渠道及销售工作管理，协调部门内部各项业务工作的安排、团队的建设、制度的执行、人员的考核激励、业务的培训等；
5、负责客户关系、公共关系管理；
6、负责协调、支持、配合公司内各部门间的工作，做好相互间的培训与沟通；
7、完成公司交办的其他工作。

     团队成员参与和主持的鲜氧舒湿宜温项目覆盖全国，跨越严寒干燥的西北沙漠和高温高湿的东南沿海，累计建筑面积超过300万平方米，系统最长已稳定运行10年；
    团队成员操作的低碳建筑项目类型涉及别墅与公寓，不同高度和不同类型的公共建筑。
