Job Responsibilities:
工作职责：
Legal support and guidance for the operational activities of ChinaScope entities in PRC or abroad in order to minimize legal and financial liability preserve corporate assets and protect corporate interests.
在法律上支持和指导公司在中国或境外经营活动，并减少法律及金融风险保护公司利益.
Provide legal advice including legal advice on special projects such as acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, etc. and provide management with legal opinions, analysis, recommendations and status of all legal matters.
提供法律意见，包括特殊项目法律咨询（如并购、分拆、合资等），法律风险分析等相关事务.
Prepare, negotiate, interpret and assist in conclusion of contracts, in particular for the purchase and sale of goods and services, distribution, research and development, as required, with national and international business partners. Evaluate legal implications of agreements.
合同的拟定，协商，说明，定稿；特别对供应商及销售上给予法律管理.
Provide legal advice on issues arising from actual or anticipated lawsuits and defend the company in legal matters pending before courts and other legal proceedings.
提供法律意见在实际或预期诉讼中，在法律审理或诉讼中保护公司.
Assist in developing company policies and positions on legal issues to accomplish company objectives, minimizing potential legal liabilities. Preparation of corporate legal documents.
协助制定公司政策和有关法律问题，减少公司法律风险，准备公司相关法律文件.
Responsible for communicate、select and cooperate with external lawyer.
负责外聘律师、法律顾问的联络、选择和与其合作的工作.
Perform other tasks from superior.

Requirements:
职位要求
Bachelor degree or above, legal degree.
本科以上学历， 法律专业.
More than 2 years’ work experience in law firm or legal department in the international environment.
2年以上律所或国际环境法律部门工作经验.
Holding The 《Certificate of legal professional qualification》
持有《法律职业资格证》
Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese.
卓越的中英文沟通能力.
Capable to coordinate corporate functions and events with internal and external parties.
擅长解决公司内外部关系.
Have outstanding computer software skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
熟练操作Word，Excel，Powerpoint等办公软件.
