主要职责 Major Responsibilities:

• 参与制定车间质量责任制度和质量指标的分解、落实及质量管理工作情况的检查、自评、并提供真实资料或数据；

Participating division and implement of workshop quality responsibility and quality indexes, inspection & self auditing to quality control works, provide real information and data;

• 收集车间产品（工作）质量状况和有关质量指标的完成情况，并按月或季度进行公布、上报；

Collect workshop product (work) quality situation and achievement situation of quality indexes, publish and report by month or by season;

• 负责车间群众性（含QC小组活动）质量管理活动的指导，督促和单位评价（Audit）与推荐工作；

Responsible for instruction, supervision, auditing and recommendation to workshop public quality control activities (including QC group activities);

• 参加车间质量教育的部分授课,开展提高质量意识和工作质量等推荐工作；

Attend part of the workshop quality education lectures, enhance quality sense and recommendation of work quality;

• 参加零件质量控制与监督、检查产品研制程序与规范的贯彻、实施及有关质量评审、鉴定。

Participating quality control and supervision to workshop process, check the implement and product development process and regulations, evaluation and identification to quality。

• 负责搜集、整理、传递本单位质量信息并统计、填报有关数据、资料等,并提出相应问题的整改措施；

Responsible for collecting, classification, transfer quality information of this workshop, statistic& fill relevant data and information, etc. And prepare countermeasure for problems.

• 负责准备提交签署零件的相关文件；

Responsible for prepare the parts submission warrant documents;

• 支持车间各自然工作组的工作；

Support all natural working group in workshop;

任职条件 Qualifications:

• 本科以上学历

Bachelor degree or above

• 熟悉质量体系，了解ISO-TS16949及CCC论证的相关要求；

Familiar with quality management system, understand related requirements about ISO-TS16949 and CCC.

• 在汽车装配和质量控制方面有较好的专业知识和实践经验；

Good professional knowledge and practical experience in automobile Trim-Final parts production and quality control;

• 具有汽车行业的专业知识及丰富的工作经验，具有装配工艺和日常支持知识及工作经验；

Professional knowledge and abundant experience in Auto Industry. Knowledge and experience in Trim-final process and operations support.

• 掌握计算机运用技术。

Good computer application skills.

• 具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力；

With good communication skill and team working ability.

• 具有英语能力—四级以上。

Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Corporation Ltd. Nanjing Company (CFMANJ), established in February 2005, is a three-party joint venture with prestigious Chinese and overseas automotive bands namely Changan, Ford and Mazda.
