岗位职责：
1. Create electrical circuit schematics and assist in the PCB layout for appliance control circuit boards, and in the overall product design

2. Work with internal/external cross functional teams (software, sourcing, marketing, manufacturing, etc.) to define and optimize the designs, participate in design reviews, and support FMEA and root cause analysis

3. Interface with internal/external electronic PCB and product production teams to maximize test coverage and optimize production test time

4. Develop new products with schedules and test plans to ensure that the design meets safety, quality, performance and economic goal and standards

5. Prepare/review engineering documentation such as validation test reports, technical design description documents, electronic part specifications, new parts releases (NPR), engineering change notices (ECN) and part and process approvals (PPA);

6. Provide engineering assistance for production and customer support

岗位要求：
1. Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering (BSEE) 电气工程本科
2. Minimum 5 years experience in household appliance/consumer electronics hardware development, circuit design and verification (microcontrollers, mixed-signal components, motor controls and AC to DC power conversion)

3. Extensive experience with circuit design related to analog/digital signals, microcontrollers (Microchip, NXP, Renesas, ST Microelectronics, TI, GigaDevice), motor controls (for permanent magnet and induction motors), AC to DC power conversion, and EMI/EMC principles
