Job Description 岗位描述

1. Analyzing product functional test requirements, create corresponding test cases and sequences of Radar products 分析产品的功能测试要求，创建毫米波雷达产品的相应测试用例及序列.

2. Create and manage the system test documentation according to requirements 根据要求，创建和管理相应的测试文档

3. Performing the tests, analyzing root cause of failures, fault documentation, result documentation 完成测试，分析错误原因，并编写相应的失效报告，测试报告

4. Support with fault analysis at all stages of product life cycle (proto/samples/ validation/ analysis/ complaints ...) 协助分析各阶段的失效（原型/样品/验证/分析/投诉等）

5. Permanent support coordination with project manager and development team 项目经理及开发团队的长期协调

6. Permanently improve and develop the test methods and test tools for Radar products

雷达产品的相关测试方法及测试设备的长期完善和开发

7. Other job assigned by Department Manager 部门经理安排的其他工作

Necessary requirements 任职资格

1. University degree in Electronics Engineering 电子相关专业本科学历及以上

2. 5 years of experience in testing activity of Automotive Electronics products. Experience in DAS is preferred. 五年以上汽车电子产品测试经验，有DAS相关测试经验者更佳

3. Knowledge of Automotive Electronics testing: system requirements, testing strategy, testing documentation, 深度理解汽车电子测试：系统需求，测试策略，测试文档

4. Advanced Knowledge of Requirements management，Experience in DOORS/MKS is preferred. 深度理解需求管理，熟练使用DOORS/MKS者更佳

5. Familiar with CAN/LIN diagnosis test and related tool usage (e.g. CANOE). 熟悉CAN/LIN 诊断测试及相关测试工具的使用(如CANOE)

6. Fluent English, both oral and written 英语听说读写熟练

Hella’s Nanjing location is the newest addition to our group of development centers in China. In Nanjing, the Hella electronics and lighting divisions will be combined in one office. As the electronic content of automotive lighting products continues to increase, synergies between the lighting group and the electronic group will be more important in the years to come . Over the next three years the Nanjing facility will grow to over 200 engineers. Additional e x pansion in Nanjing is planned to include a test lab and a nearby production site.
