岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

1.Analyzing, clarifying and defining the lighting requirements based on customer specification sheet.

2. Calculating and defining difficult optical geometries, e. g. lenses or light guide components for interior applications, for series development and preliminary development close to series production, using photo metric simulations. Evaluating and forwarding the results to Technical Design and/or to other internal and external partners.

3. Lead optic design and development activities, and support project team activities

4. Complying with Hella data security requirements

5. Arranging and/or involvement in the preparation of light samples, photometric components and prototypes light measurement in agreement with the superior and the posts involved.

6. Actively participate in product evaluation, problem solution discussions and feedback relevant information into the design and development process.

7. Participate in customer meetings.

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor or higher Degree in Engineering / Optics / Physics

2. More than 1 years’ automotive optic design experience

3.Proficient with CATIA or other advanced CAD system, and optical design software such as LucidShape, SPEOS,...

4.Proficient with optical design of lenses and light guides for interior applications.

5.Proficient with photometric brightness and color evaluation.

6.Good Chinese and English communication skill, good presentation skill.

Hella’s Nanjing location is the newest addition to our group of development centers in China. In Nanjing, the Hella electronics and lighting divisions will be combined in one office. As the electronic content of automotive lighting products continues to increase, synergies between the lighting group and the electronic group will be more important in the years to come . Over the next three years the Nanjing facility will grow to over 200 engineers. Additional e x pansion in Nanjing is planned to include a test lab and a nearby production site.
