We are on a journey to the digital transformation of Ericsson Procurement Center in group supply APAC. To do this, we are recruiting a Change Lead/internal project manager in GSU APAC EPC. This leader will own the line organization accountable for a broad range of operational perfection areas such as strategy/targets, improvement work, team competence uplifting, performance management, processes/way of working, governance, etc.

You will

• Gain an in-depth understanding of the end-to-end order fulfillment process from customer order management, delivery fulfillment, service order handling, compliance control, and all other relevant processes related to EPC capabilities.
• Collaborate with various global and continental stakeholders and guide your line organization to build up EPC branding with data-driven/consultant mindset and compliance awareness.
• Be responsible for the operative relationship to enable efficient flexibility and efficiency of order and delivery management with customer focus, and to ensure that handling processes (PR/PO/GR) adequately adhere to Ericsson compliance and audit guidelines.
• Deeply engage in digital transformation and support EPC organization transformation to achieve no-touch automation with improving procurement compliance control and process adherence.
• Drive competence development enabling line organization digital transformation, with an impact on the reskill, upskill, new skill of key areas.

You are:

• A solution-focused driver or first-line support against the various complexities, challenges, and issues present in systems and processes.
• A process analyst with sharp eyesight in compliance control points and present insights, conclusions, and recommendations to drive proactive actions for prevention of recurrence.
• A connector with people on many levels, with a proven track record in collaborating with leaders, programs, and teams to optimize end-to-end flow of operations, visualization, and cooperation.
• A dynamic leader who drives solutions with the utmost urgency while keeping the organization passionate about order and delivery management success requirements in both short and long terms' perspective.
• A strong leader to drive competence uplifting and support continuous improvement and process optimization.
• A change-driver that is forward-thinking and supportive of new ways of working, and with a high strategic sensitivity focusing on addressing the intent and need to be required to drive order and delivery success and digital transformation within APAC EPC.

To be successful in the role you must have

• Bachelor's or master's degree in BA or related field of study.
• Knowledge of multiple operational perfection areas (processes/Way of working, strategy & targets, KPIs, performance management, continuous improvement)
• 3-5 years’ experience in Supply
• Good understanding of and experience in change management
• Experience in project/program management will be an advantage.
• strong stakeholder management, persuasive communication influence and ability to collaborate.
• Solid leadership and communication skills and proficiency in English
• Large degree of flexibility and willingness to take challenges
