Job Description

？Acquisition of business and achievement of turnover and profit targets in responsible areas according to business plan.

？Collect Top developers’ project information

？Analyze and prioritize residential accounts, and systematically approach them. Understand their decision making processes and build up good relationship with decision makers

？Build up of good relationship w/ relevant stake holders with the aim to increase customer loyalty and the highest possible Share of Wallet (SoW) at each key account customer

？Set up strategic cooperation agreements / frame contracts and ensure TT products are added to supplier list

？Prepare centralized biddings and provide project？ information to regional sales for commercial follow up of projects (either directly or via dealers)

？Support the regional sales staff in tracking and winning projects of the KAs (project information, contacts, coordination, etc.)

？Regular reporting of KAM activities (esp. project follow up) to National KAM and regional sales staff

？Follow up and support in achieving UBE cross-selling targets by reporting all KA-related cross-selling opportunities & successes

？Support MKT regarding communication activities to the target groups

Qualifications

？Bachelor degree or above, major in Building Environment and Equipment Engineering, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Majors

？Minimum 5 years experience in related industries and 3 yrs. of Sales experience, experience in multinational companies is preferred

？Excellent sales skills

？Good understanding of building up and maintenance of local sales channels and other network

？Good technical understanding of heating systems and control systems

？Good analytical skill

？Good presentation skill

？Willingness to travel frequently

？Willingness to work under pressure

Founded in 2000, the company is mainly in business of distributing products to China Markets, including Cast-ironing Boilers, Steel Boilers, Wall-hung Boilers and its accessories, water heater, as well as Solar and Heat pump products. The head office is located in Beijing. There are above 300 staffs. Our business spread over 36 provinces around China, and have branch company and after sales service centers in Shanghai and Xi’an. In Nanjing, there is a manufactory of solar products. Our mission is not only to be a boiler supplier, but also to provide entire heating system solutions to meet various requirements by our customers.
