基本职责：

1. 向客户提供所需的专业服务，包括现场机器安装、校准、调试、软件升级、故障排除等，完全遵循 ISRA 服务流程和标准，以确保交付产品既符合 ISRA 要求，也满足客户期望

2. 按照内部流程提供数据和相关记录

3. 给客户培训

4. 经理交代的其他任务

岗位要求：

1. 机械/电气/工程学士学位，可使用CAD或3D绘图软件，了解电力图

2. 具有较强的自我驱动意识

3. 英语听说读写流利

4. 能够接受出差

5. 耐心并具有客户服务意识

6. 有相关行业经验

Essential duties and responsibilities:

1. Provide required professional service to customers which including onsite machine installation, calibration, commissioning, software upgrade, troubleshooting etc, completely follow ISRA Service process and standards to make sure the deliverable met both ISRA and customer expectations.

2. Follow the internal process to provide data and records

3. Customer Training

4. Other assignment from manager.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/ electrical/ engineering, able to use CAD or 3D drawing software . know well of electrical drawing .

2. Strong self-drive and management, self-learning

3. Fluent English both in oral and written. Able to write English service report.

4. Willing to travel

5. Customer Service Awareness and Patience

6. working experience at Solar industry will be a plus
