Responsibilities:

1. Provide Guidance to all Maintenance Manager under each JVs.
2. Ensure HSE/ Company Standards are maintained for all JVs and compliance to China Laws.
3. Personnel will be in charge of preparation/ review/ implementation of Procedures/ Guidelines/ Industry Best Practices in compliance to Company’s requirements and China Laws to all JVs in China.
4. As personnel will be in charge of Maintenance (China), he/she shall be in charge of resource planning, business continuity planning e.g. human resource, raw materials (support for centralized procurement team) for SCU China Operations (Water).
5. Ensure JVs meet key performance indicators set in Budget in terms of maintenance cost of water and wastewater.
6. Personnel will form part of a key technical team to support any Business Development or Project Development works in China.
7. Lead/ Support Plant Performance Check/ Audit initiatives within China.
8. As part of Sembcorp Digitalization Journey, to support all key initiatives within China and implement programs e.g. Virtual Brain, GAMs to all JVs within China.

Requirements:

1. Chemical or Mechanical engineering graduate, or master.
2. At least 10 years of experience in the relevant industries (Maintenance for Water and wastewater treatment plants).
3. Expected frequent ravel to different water plants within China.
4. Good level of both Chinese and English (Speak, Read and Write).
5. Have knowledge on SAP PM (prevent maintenance) knowledge.
