Responsibilities

1.    Reports to the Supplier Quality Manager.

？ Direct report to ACH SQM who is in charge of product line supplier issues.

？ Submit required report on time according to work standards.

 

2.    Owner of the 8D and NCM process from D4 to closure (including NCM issues from all Divisions)

？ Agree with Plant SQ if NCM is valid or should be cancelled or moved to Supplier communication and make the handover clear

？ Support Plant SQ and supplier the containment action is effective when plant SQ escalate

？ Owner of the 8D root cause validate and supplier side verification (8D step 4~8)

？ Ensure Yokoten activities at D7 for similar parts and processes at the supplier causing the NCM and initiate yokoten activity with the NCMA or important actions 

？ NCM closure in terms of quality and timing, communication back to plant issuing the NCM and independent of escalation level.

 

3.    Responsible for verification of the supplier DAR as necessary

4.    Validate the supplier annual layout inspection report when necessary.

5.    Execute regular supplier audits

6.    Execute onsite supplier activities ( the supplier improvement and development initiatives ,Yokoten ,etc) 

7.    Fulfill the specific customer requirements applicable to plant level for related suppliers and support customer audit at supplier sit

8.    AS051 rating for RESP. in the APSD

9.    Leading and supplier NCMs communication windows with plant quality management level

10.  Supporting SQM the tasks execute and distribute to the same plant serial

11.  Coaching the new segment SQ and share the good experience of the problem solving skills

Support other tasks assigned by line manager.

Requirement

• Abundant Supplier Quality Management work experience
• The good quality sense and work experience related QA
• good logic thinking and communication skill

problem solving skill with system level

Abundant plastic production or related experience
