Responsibilities:

1. New projects and all new parts RFQ.

2. Project buyer.

3. Identify, visit, and finish preliminary assessment of new potential suppliers.

4. Identify potential suppliers with new process for backup.

5. Sample follow up and support other departments to solve quality issue.

6. Negotiation of best prices, conditions and contracts include annual price and condition negotiation.

7. Analysis of costs, quotes, markets, historical values, etc.

8. Cost Saving: Through market research and competitive bidding from suppliers, ensure that company gets the best possible prices in the market.

9. Take charge of supplier performance evaluation (on time, on quality, general compliance) through frequent monitoring.

10. With full understanding of MRP logic, work together with planner to pull in/push out of delivery of purchase orders, monitor and avoid out stock and over inventory.

11. Can initiate and participate in continuous improvement Kaizen activities.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree. Major in Business or Engineering,

2. Over 5years Sourcing/Purchasing experience in procurement-related roles, international company preferred.

3. Familiar with ERP (Oracle, SAP…) system operation/Business process.

4. Good Negotiation skills;

5. Good sense to balance payment terms, price, delivery lead time etc.

6. ISO/QS/TS16949 knowledge.

7. Willingness to business travel.

8. Good command of English (writing and speaking) and MS Office

9. Good attitude, honest, loyal and responsible

10. Team work, can work under pressure.
