职位描述
Job Description:
？Provide device-level failure analysis on dysfunctional units to confirm the failure mode through electrical verification and physical evaluation
？Responsible for daily failure analysis work on material, ICs and assembly engineering samples.
？Responsible for operation, maintenance and repair work of the failure analysis tools, such as SEM, CSAM, X-ray and etc.
？Responsible for FA lab capability expansion and innovation.
？Participate in factory level cross-department discussions on problem solving.
？Involve in lab level projects and programs implementation.
？Contribute to lab 5S.
Job Requirement:
？Master degree in electronics engineering, majoring in microelectronics is a plus.
？Demonstrated excellent problem solving skill and logical thinking ability.
？Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.
？Strong sense of ownership and commitment and willing to work extra miles for problem solving.
？Good command of English in both oral and written.
