Specific duties including, but not restricted to :

• Payment checking / preparation for office overhead expenses, staff reimbursement & vendors foreign currency settlement
• Attend to auditor and tax officer / China Government office for quick question and requirement
• Back up for local tax invoices issuing and AR collection/clearing in system
• Work with branches' finance (if applicable) on daily operation, re-check BRN's weekly payment request
• Assist daily BOC ebanking operation and prepare payment request into bank system for approval
• Local bank communication / SAFE system declaration communication daily
• Sustain effective communication & coordination with ops and sales
• Follow instructions and implement policies
• Aware of VAT policy changes and updates
• Full accounting related affairs Back up peers whenever necessary
• Any duty per delegated from time to time

Skills & Educational Requirements :

• 3 years working experience in finance will be required
• Good written and spoken in English and Mandarin
• Knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Office (Excel) and SAP, Cargowise
• Able to work under pressure & tight deadline

Inter Relationships :

Good contact with all levels of personnel within the company, clients and vendors

Working conditions :

Flexible hours and required occasionally

• Willing to learn, hard-working, punctual, organized, team play spirit, able to give feedback to Superior & Management.
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks, often with short notice
