Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for an Early Phase Driver to prepare the E2E early phase study from the supply chain on new projects, working together with the early phase team in PDU.

You will

• Lead technical core team to initiate early phase study from Supply to prepare E2E supply chain solution
• Lead team to identify critical issues and knowledge gap from the supply on early phase study and initiate pre-development and mitigation plan
• Initial new requirements for production as mentorship to PDU on pre-study
• Summarize lessons learned from the previous product as the benchmark for new product study
• Define key production process, including SMA, FA, Test, Repair and Claim flow
• Do product cost analysis and comparison for different Building Practice proposals from PDU pre-study team
• Summarize knowledge and transfer to the NPI team for execution seamlessly

To be successful in the role you should have

• University degree in a technical subject
• More than 5-year experiences in communication or similar area on production or developer role
• Familiarity with supply chain&production cost analysis
• Experience of project management
• Good knowledge of telecommunication production overall process, including SMA, Assembly, Test, and Repair, etc.
• Design development experience will be a plus
• Good knowledge of English
