职责描述：

1.Member of Global AIS (Automation and Integrated Service) team, to provide site engineering service to MFG6/7 for fixed period or up to engineering run completion

2.Act as subject matter expert in automation, instrumentation and control to support highly integrated DeltaV platform and customized Batch process such as bioreactor, CIP/SIP, Harvest, TFF and automated bulk filling process

3.Participate in protocol draft and review of automation, GMP infrastructure and site historian

4.Coordinate vendor activities and site engineers to conduct field commissioning and acceptance test

5.Work with PEV, local AIS, MFG, QA to conduct IQ, OQ per approved protocol

6.Troubleshoot and document problem per validation procedure, close deviation /punch timely

7.Provide shift support as needed to ensure successful validation activity, water batch and subsequent engineering run

8.Provide project communication between global and local team, including resource allocation, progress tracking, and high level of oversight to ensure global standard and WuXi business practice is aligned and enforced in this project. . .

9.Organize effective project meeting, promote effective risk and problem management to ensure processes are in place and used effectively

10.Assist controlled handovers to operation and maintenance team upon project completion.

任职要求：

1.Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline with ten plus (10+) years of experience in Process /Facility/Utility engineering, Automation, Instrumentation and Controls role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. .

2.At least 5 years of experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment or biologics process development;

3.A proven track record of leading complex projects and cross-functional initiatives. With the ability to provide detailed Technical and hands on support

4.Requires technical expertise in instrumentation and control systems supporting bioprocess equipment and plant utility systems.

5.Experience automating batch and continuous upstream and downstream biopharmaceutical operations and associated utilities is essential.

6.Experience in implementing control system solutions across a wide range of DCS, QBMS, BMS, SCADA, HMI and PLC platforms is required.

7.Proven ability to work with an EPC team, selected vendors, sub-contractors and in putting together a client Project Automation team to support the project where required

8.Communication and networking abilities, with a talent for building up good working relationships and making trust internally and externally across various parties

9.Self-motivated, quick paced with flexibility of working overtime to meet aggressive timeline

10.Knowledge of IT Network’s and Infrastructure required to deliver the chosen solutions

11.Familiarity with DeltaV is a plus skills;

12.Strong English communication skills are a must
