Job description

• You will be joining a team of engineers responsible for developing and improving continuously variable transmissions.
• You are responsible for assigned calibration work with respect to fulfillment of requirements, quality, time and effort. Ensures the functionality, drivability and durability of a calibrated transmission.
• Reports regular status of assigned work to project manager and team leader. Evaluates calibration status and plans activities.
• Participates in test activities on bench, tracks and open roads such as emissions, fuel consumption, evaluation drive and hot/cold/altitude trips.
• As lead engineer you will be leading calibration activities and coaching other calibration engineers.
• Responsible for further improvement of standard calibration work instruction and flow.
• Profile
• Master degree in vehicle/mechanical engineering.
• Be engaged in automobile field for over 5 years.
• Intensive knowledge on powertrain system, especially engine, transmission or drive train.
• Independent calibration experience in transmission, engine, vehicle and/or associated system/components.
• Knowledge of data acquisition/analysis tools such as CANape, CANalyzer, INCA, MDA, etc.
• Proficient in driving skills (> 5 years actual driving experience).
• Fluent English skills in reading, writing and speaking
• You are a perseverant person with a goal-oriented and analytical mindset.
• You are willing to travel regularly
