职位描述

1、负责完成项目各项年度经营管理指标的制定、审核，及控制执行工作； 

2、负责建立健全的公司管理体系，组织制定考核办法并落实； 

3、负责组织各部门制定各项工作计划并监督实施，达成目标计划管理； 

4、负责指导、监督及考核项目物业服务中心各项工作。 

任职资格: 

1、本科及以上学历， 房地产、物业管理等相关专业； 

2、5年以上高端住宅管理经验，至少3年以上相同岗位管理经验，有高档住宅项目工作经验优先； 

3、熟知物业项目管理，具备良好的工程管理、客服管理、安全管理、环境管理运行的基本知识； 

4、具备良好的组织协调、计划领导及沟通能力、有效解决问题以及团队管理能力。
