- To workout Project Plan based on above information and the priority of the projects. Be responsible for re-planning project time to time to meet the changes of customer’s requirement.

根据以上信息及项目优先权编制项目计划，并及时根据客户的要求调整计划。

- To follow up the Project Plan in cooperation with project operating department across the company’s organization. Harmonize the cooperation among departments. Ensure the project to be finished on time.

跟踪项目计划，与项目操作中涉及的公司各相关部门协调计划的执行。协调各个部门间的配合关系，保证项目按期完成。

- To supervise and monitor instantly real situation of each order’s progress, give feedback to relevant department when found any delay and give feedback to GM/head office when necessary.

监督和跟踪项目实施过程中的各阶段，在发现延误时给予相关部门必要的反馈，必要时给总经理或总公司报告。

- To report precisely to head office from time to time.

定期向总部提供准确的项目进展报告。

- To workout Production Plan based on Project Plan and be responsible for re-planning production to meet the changes of Project Plan related to Production.

根据项目计划制定生产计划并负责在项目计划变动时及时调整与相关生产计划。

- To receive BOM from D&E Dept. and dispatch to each relevant department for material procurement, assembly and so on.

从设计部接收BOM表并分发到各个相关部门以准备项目所需材料，装配准备等等。

- Schedule and issue material procurement request and work with Warehouse to ensure workshop (both manufacture and assembly) get timely parts supply and control inventory at minimum level.

制定物资采购计划，并与仓库一起合作以确保及时为车间（机加工和装配）提供物料并控制库存量。

- To monitor instantly production status in compliance to schedule, give feedback to relevant office when found any delay and report to Production Manager when necessary.

监督生产各环节的实际进展情况是否与生产计划相符，在出现延误时给相关部门必要的信息反馈，必要时向生产总监汇报。

- To coordinate and communicate among internal departments resolving problem regarding inventory, Project related material procurement, assembly, final test，delivery and service schedules.

协调生产部内部库存物资的调拨，采购，加工，装配，调试，发货和售后服务计划的关系并协助解决/组织相关部门共同解决在生产各阶段所产生的问题。

- Analyze above information and make regular Production report on production status.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Management (Mechanical Engineering background is preferred)

- Experience 2-3 years, project/production planning and control experience

- Know well about production process, project management

Marposs was established in Bologna in 1952 by Mr Mario Possati (1922-1990).
马波斯最初的产品是用于磨床的电子测量设备。利用当时还没有在工业领域应用的电子技术，马波斯率先制造了***台主动测量仪，用于磨削加工工件的在线检测，成功提高了机械加工的质量和效率。经过多年的研发测试，马波斯的电子测量仪技术达到了市场要求的可靠性能。
The idea behind the company was to manufacture and market innovative electronic gauging equipment for use during grinding. Electronics was a very new technology at the time, without previous uses in a workshop environment, but it allowed much better performance compared to existing products. The technology required a few years of research and testing to guarantee the overall reliability that the market demanded, but once this objective was reached, the product soon caught on and became increasingly successful.

In the early sixties, as well as consolidating its sales presence, Marposs acquired the necessary structural strength to confidently look at future developments. As it was back then, Italy continues to be a sizeable exporter of machine tools. This put Marposs in the difficult situation of guaranteeing technical and after-sales support in the countries importing Italian machine tools. The company, therefore, decided to open offices in some of the most important countries: Germany (1962), Switzerland (1963) and United States (1963). In 1970, after 18 years of business, Marposs opened its first office in Japan; this marked the beginning of its penetration into the Asian market.
