职位描述：
调整，校准和监控注塑机器来控制产品的质量。
完成机器工艺设定来保证产品达到设计要求，协助和分析产品生产注塑工艺问题的变更。
向其他部门提供必要的注塑工艺技术支持。
根据要求调整工艺参数后及时登记、跟踪，并完成IPEC。
遵守环境方针以及质量和环境管理系统的相关要求。遵守工作场所安全和健康政策及相关指示。
其它分配的任务。
职位要求：
自主学习模具和注塑机新知识的能力。
能够针对注塑机器做出评价和必要的调整来纠正质量问题。
了解模具预防性维修的相关知识。
注塑基本知识。
汪得力员工测试得分26分以上。
以80%的正确率通过机器推理测试。
大专以上学历。
三年注塑工艺相关的工作经验。
