职位描述

1. 根据公司总体战略,结合市场情况制定销售策略与规划并组织实施,达成销售目标;

According to the overall strategy of the company, make sales strategy and plan according to the market situation and organize the implementation to achieve the sales target

2. 根据既有的销售体系,完善完整销售体系和流程;

According to the existing sales system, improve the complete sales system and process

3. 维护现有客户关系,建立新客户联系,开拓新市场;

Maintain existing customer relationship, establish new customer contact and develop new market

4. 负责销售团队的建设和成长,培养专业的销售团队,建立销售团队激励机制,激发销售人员进行客户开拓和维护;

Responsible for the construction and growth of sales team, training professional sales team, establish sales team incentive mechanism, motivate sales staff to develop and maintain customers;

5. 制定销售费用的预算,控制销售成本,提高销售利润;

Establish sales expense budget, control sales cost, improve sales profit

6. 帮助销售经理开拓、沟通和管理区域的重要客户,并负责协调维护市场与技术关系;

Assist sales manager to develop, communicate and manage key accounts in the region, and be responsible for coordinating and maintaining the relationship between market and technology

7. 负责所辖团队的销售管理,包括销售目标的制定、分解、部署、监督实施;

Responsible for the sales management of the team, including the formulation, decomposition, deployment, supervision and implementation of sales targets

8. 定期或不定期拜访重点客户,建立、保持与客户、同行业间的良好合作关系;

Visit key customers regularly or irregularly to establish and maintain good cooperative relations with customers and the same industry

9. 深入了解本行业,把握最新销售信息,为企业提供业务发展和价格定位的战略依据;

In-depth understanding of the industry, grasp the latest sales information, to provide enterprises with business development and price positioning strategic basis

10. 建立和发展客户关系,向用户提供***的解决方案,掌握市场动态,熟悉市场状况并有独特见解和营销方案;

To establish and develop customer relations, to provide users with the best solutions, market dynamics, familiar with market conditions and unique insights and marketing solutions

11. 管理日常销售业务工作,审阅订货、发货,结算等业务报表,指导、监督并有效控制控制销售活动。

Manage daily sales work, review order, delivery, settlement and other business statements, guide, supervise and effectively control sales activities

任职要求 Job requirements

1. 机械类相关专业毕业,本科及以上学历,有石油石化、核电、军工、高铁客户资源优先;

Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, petroleum & petrochemical, nuclear power, military, high speed railway customer resources are preferred

2. 具备10年以上机加工行业销售经验,拥有一定的行业资源背景和客户资源;

Have more than 10 years of experience in machining industry sales, have a certain industry resource background and customer resources

3. 高度的责任心和自信心,能承受强大的工作压力;具备敏锐的观察力、分析判断能力;

High sense of responsibility and self-confidence, able to work under strong pressure; With keen observation, analysis and judgment ability

4. 需具备快速的学习变通能力、较强的市场开拓、客户沟通能力;强烈的结果导向和团队合作精神及较强的领导力。

Quick learning and flexible ability, strong market development and customer communication skills; Strong result oriented and team work spirit are required.
