Major accountabilities 工作内容:

• Make daily and weekly plan and schedule of orders for production to maximize use of manpower & equipment and ensure delivery commitment to customer is met.以人员和设备效用***化为基础，制定每日/每周生产计划以满足对客户的交付承诺。
• Monitor the production compliance of production plan on a daily & weekly basis.每天/每周跟踪生产计划的完成情况。
• Monitor delivery backlog and communicate with logistics and / or customers to make sure on-time delivery.跟踪发货差异，与物流部门或客户做好沟通以保证按时交付。
• Take measures in advance to react once fluctuation of sales demand observed and make necessary adjustment of production plan and shift plan. 当客户订单波动时提前制定反应措施，对生产计划及班次计划做相应的调整。
• Host regular meetings to release production plan and review production compliance.定期组织会议发布生产计划和回顾生产完成情况。
• Keep reasonable level of stock of WIP & FGs.保持合理的在制和成品库存。
• Make production plan of new project samples according to information provided by Project / Process team.根据新项目和工艺团队给出的信息，制定新项目样件的生产计划。
• Do related work of production planner in SAP & MPDV.
• 完成SAP和MPDV规定的生产计划员应负责的工作。
• Analyze and take corrective actions once deviation found in SAP & MPDV process.对SAP和MPDV系统运行中出现的偏差进行分析并纠错。

• Ensure all paper and documents filled correctly by monitoring regularly.定期跟踪以确保生产现场所填写的各种报表准确无误。
• Prepare related reports concerning workshop KPIs, such as OEE, production compliance, etc as required.负责汇总车间各类KPI报表，如OEE，生产完成率等。
• Place purchasing request to Purchasing concerning main consumables in workshop.负责车间主要易耗品采购申请。
• Responsible for good receipts concerning main consumables and spare parts.负责车间主要易耗品及备品备件的工厂收货。
• Perform other jobs assigned by superior完成上级指定的其他工作。

Qualification职位要求：

• Bachelor degree in Mechanic Engineering is preferred. 
• 本科学历，具有汽车零部件行业的优先。
• 2 – 4 years experience in production planning
• 2-4年生产计划相关工作经验
• Language: Good command in English
• 语言要求：良好的英文运用能力
• Computer skills: be good at related office software.
