1        Process Orders in Oracle System.

？       Create new customer information into system and change information if needs.

？       Create CO/SO in Oracle.

？       Create OC and send to customers/sales.

？       Receipt the goods into system after the goods are ready.

？       Check payment with customer and finance before shipments.

？       Issue and mail invoice to customer.

？       Make shipments and send related documents to customer/sales person.

2        Check Overdue and 100% T.T in advance payments issue for sales team.

3        Do warranty/Demo cases with engineer and sales.

4.       Make records for monthly booking and billing-RMB/USD orders.

5        Maintenance Sales Data base and all files.

6       Provide support to other order processing function as needed

1.Bachelor degree, ideally in International Trading , Administration Management.

2. Fluent English in both written and spoken.

3. 2+ year customer service experience is preferred.
