职位描述
Organisation :
1. report to the Production Manager
2. work inside a team of 4 to 8 workers
3. Interact with others departments like purchasing, engineering, quality inspection...
Assignments:
1. Assemble mechanical kits and subassemblies
2. Assemble the finished products (by bolts and nuts)
3. Adjust the assembly and combine the parts to obtain the proper result
4. Control if the parts are combining properly and reject the non acceptable ones
5. Follow strictly the work instructions to work: procedures, jobcards, drawings,...
Education & experience:
1. High school graduate or Technician school graduate
2. Minimum 1 years experience in machine assembly including motor, spring, bearing and metal sheet
Skills:
1. Be able to read assembly, mechanical drawings and BOM list
2. Can work carefully and patiently
3. Have workshop 5S experience is preferred
4. Have a forklift truck driving license is preferred
5. Can read English is preferred
Targets:
1. Quality : provide work with constant quality, inspect his own work
2. Time : provide work within a controlled timing
3. Productivity : propose solutions to improve continuously the productivity of the work
Other tasks:
1. Keep his/her workspace clean and tidy
2. Take care of the production tools
3. Fill in properly his/her timesheet
4. Assure the proper traceability/marking of the manufactured products
5. Respect the employee handbook and the instructions from the production manager
Work guidelines:
1. Assembly procedures, Security instructions
2. Drawings, diagrams
3. List of components
4. Professional tools
5. Quality specifications and reference models
