Responsibility:

  

?Work as ISC project manager to collaborate with engineering team & ISC & sourcing team to make sure NPI project phase exit on time without quality issue & delivery issue. Responsibility for defining, planning, tracking and managing all new projects in ISC side.

  

?Work with NPI quality team &ME&AME&SIOP team to review phase exit criteria from phase 1 to 6 exit with specified tools.

  

?Leading the ISC project team to make sure no major quality issue before phase 5 &6 exit & work with cross function team to have clear VOC defined before phase 2.

  

?End to end focus for each NPI project  (from Supplier process development/ material delivery to customer order shipping prior to SOP).

?Be responsible for leading the ISC team to identify key issues and solutions ( focus on DFM, customer feedback, delivery, COPQ, supplier quality and delivery, PPPA, OK to ship ), as the leader need drive risk assessment, mitigation implementation and minimize the impact by unexpected issues. Lead CV/DV/PV building in ISC side. Project management tools implementation and standardization (MRL review, inventory plan & risk buy, etc) 

?Support VE/CE/EWR project when specific project management is needed.

  

? NPI project capex approval & system set up and manage and control project capex spending.

  

? Make buy analysis & manufacture site selection activity（lead ISC process review, investment estimation & labor cost & hour rate, etc）.

  

? Work with NPI Q and global AME to regular track NPI yield and MRL review compliance  

  

 

  

Qualification:

  

?Bachelor degree of Electronics, etc engineering background education. 

?Must be familiar with new product development process 

?Minimum 5 years new product development management experience, has success example 

?Potential management personality, clear mind set, good thinking logic

  

?Fluent written and oral English ability. Can well communicate with global team.

?An ability to lead/drive, motivate people and encourage team work from gentle or stiff way. 

?Be familiar with new product development process, and have previous success examples. 

?Good communication skills with cross function team.
