Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Create new low cost production line

2) In charge of product technical development and improvement; To understand drawing and make technical process form product drawing

3) In charge of making the document of quality/occupational health and manufacturing and training; Ex, process flow chart, P-FMEA, process layout, standard work instruction etc.

4) In charge of quality control and production line development, make sure meet Autoliv requirement.

5) Work with tracing system engineer to build production line tracing system;

6) Manage machine supplier follow machine building standard;

7) Effective management of project schedule and cost related to plant, and reporting to management.

8) Organize team to analysis and solve the problem when the new line have quality issue.

9) Monitor the machine supplier’s distributing, Insure the line arrive on time.

10) Finish other works assigned by leader

Basic Requirements:

1) Working location : Nanjing

2) Over 2 years in relevant industry for process development

3) Strong ability of analysis, management and coordination

4) Good at tools of quality management such as SPC,MSA,PFMEA,

5)Strong anti-pressure ability and aggressive
