2、筛选、维护及开拓各种招聘渠道，高效完成每个月的招聘任务；

3、运营人才库，完善内部人才储备及推荐机制；

4、关注行业发展动态及人才流动情况，进行人才资源储备。

5、搭建和优化招聘流程体系。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，人力资源管理、心理学、经济、管理等相关专业；

2、3年以上招聘岗位工作经验；

3、有较强的中高端人才定向猎挖经验；

4、有软件研发技术岗招聘经验的优先考虑；

5、责任心强、能承受较大的工作压力和强度；

6、沟通协调能力强，观察判断能力强。
