Main Responsibilities: 主要工作职责：

1.根据客户标准，或国际检验标准，对消费品杂货类产品的出货检验（包括箱包、家具、生活日用品，陶瓷产品，玻璃产品，木制品，毛绒玩具，工艺品、手动工具、家用小电器等）

2.完成现场检验英文报告初稿

3.完成检验后尽快向部门经理报告检验结果

4.培训新员工

5.完成上级安排的其他工作

Key Requirements 关键要求：

1.诚实守信，高度的责任心

2.大专以上学历，理工科专业，至少一年以上工厂工作经验；

3.英文CET4或以上，读写能力良好；

4.无色盲或色弱；

1.熟悉工厂运作；

2.适应经常出差;

3.细心认真，学习能力强；

Job description:

1. Research and identify new factories, products and raw materials in align with sourcing strategy, and report to the Sourcing Manager.

2. Work to the global business calendar to develop new products against critical path requirements

3. Review and revise samples where necessary to meet brief, quality standard, safety standard and costs

4. Use local knowledge of manufacturing processes & raw materials to ensure that samples are developed in the appropriate factory and orders allocated accordingly

5. Responsible for ensuring on time delivery to the agreed plan.

6. Understand all the lead time involved in the manufacturing process.

7. Ensures all orders are handled timely and properly;

8. Track and report the efficiency of the product development process, monitoring the delivery performance of supply base, develop & implement corrective actions for local area when necessary

9. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with suppliers for product development and production;

Requirement:

1. More than 3 years working experience in international trade.

2. Good understanding of latex, nitrile, vinyl suppliers and commodities.

3. Solid experience in Asian sourcing.

4. High sense of responsibility, self-motivated.

5. Engaging & influential communication/negotiation skill.

6. Must be aggressive in sourcing new products.

7. Keen observation, analysis and coordination ability.

8. Honest and strictly complying with professional ethics.

9. Excellent team work and working well under pressure.

10. Familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

11. Good command of written and oral English.
