Job Description:.

1. Define SMT process flow depend on new products features and requirements

2. In product design phase, evaluate products design to correct design failures

3. Estimate new project production capacity requirement and equipment investment

4. Define new products P-FMEA, control plan and SAP master data maintenance

5. Responsible for new products equipment programming(printer, placement, reflow profile)

6. Responsible for production process continuous improvement and the management of ECN

7. Keep up with the progress of new technologies, learn and implement new technologies in NPI

8. Investigate, analyze and implement corrective action plan according to customer complaints

9. Process definition, process documents and WI preparing and updating

Qualification and requirements:
1. Education background :Junior college degree or above, major in mechanical or electronic
2. At least 3 years NPI working experience

3. Fluent English in both written and oral as a basic requirement

4. Be familiar with OA software and good operating skill.

5. Good teamwork spirit.

6. Automotive industry working experience will be a plus

7. Be familiar with Fuji NXT programming will be a plus
