PB Trainee 招生对象及条件：
2009年入学的经济学院本科学生，同时欢迎其他学院学生前来报名
前三年的GPA（平均绩点）不低于3.2
前三年的英语平均成绩不低于70分或已通过英语六级考试
立志于零售银行领域发展，包括营销、产品
录用后的培训及实习：
花旗银行零售业务相关的产品知识和销售技能培训：银行基础知识、银行投资产品、财富管理、银行的操作知识、沟通技巧、银行的合规以及信息安全等
花旗银行各支行的实习和轮岗
