KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 (include EHSS responsibilities)
? Sourcing local vendor and proceed with pre-qualification, establishing local vendor data base
? Support requisitioner in demand planning and procurement concepts to ensure procurement strategy lined
? Collect offers from pre-qualified vendor together with Requisitioner
? Evaluate the offers and create a bid proposal together with Requisitioner
? Prepare negotiation strategy, negotiate with vendors to achieve optimum result and record savings
? Sign frame contract / release Purchase Order in SAP in accordance with contract approval procedure
? Coordinate payment in related to procurement issue
? Handle complaints with vendor together with requisitioner, initiate corrective actions or take measure for preventive action
? Keep all procurement related document well archived
? Supervise / manage vendor performance by vendor rating system, feedback and follow up vendor with evaluation result to continuously improve vendor to suit our requirements
? Conduct material group management to support plant standardization, if any
? Follow the requirements of EHSS and implement related regulations into procurement activities, such as vendor selection, vendor performance evaluation.
? Be responsible for the EHSS and Product Stewardship of related area and positions to ensure compliance of the company policy and regulations and national laws and related regulations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)
Education
At least 4 year Chinese college graduate, majoring in Engineering or Business.
English Grade 4, must be able to speak English fluently.
Experience with SAP R/3 Preferred
Experience/Skill Requirements

At least 3 year working experience in engineering/industrial/commercial procurement related operations, foreign venture experience preferred.
Good understanding on plant MRO process.
Good communication, Initiative, integrity, and team work spirit.
