? Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the Production Manager with Product Audits, Total Quality Control and Continuous Improvement Projects;
2. Supporting the Sourcing Manager and Localization Project Manager with supplier assessment and approval (Ensuring suppliers comply to Quality, Environmental and Social standards)
3. Managing Customer Complaints and Claims in accordance with the Quality Manual (ensuring quick response to customers and proper corrective and preventive action)
4. Contribute to the overall company performance by active participation as part of the management team and controlling costs within the approved QA budget.

? Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree with engineering background, majoring in Mechanical Engineering is strongly preferred.
2. Proven record in Quality Assurance Manager role in manufacturing environment preferably with at least 5 years working experience;
3. Clearly concept of process-control to assure product quality and reducing poor-quality costing.
4. Team player. Self-starter. Good communication skills.
5. Organizing and leadership skills for quality, environmental, health and safety area improvement.
6. Proficient in written and spoken English.
