主要职责/Major Responsibilities：

前台接待人员在部门总监和行政主管的领导下，主要职责是电话转接，公司文具采购以及发放，宣传栏的制作&更新，所有印刷品的申请制作，员工卡的制作，报刊、信件等预定和管理，会议室&办公用具的预定，来访客的接待，群发邮件&公共信息的传达，与业务相关的固定资产&低值易耗品的管理及调配等，并保证本岗位的质量、安全、环境符合公司相关标准。

Responsible for rotation telephone, purchasing the stationary , update publicize board, applying for the all print, employee card, newspaper and magazine, letter management and manage the meeting room, reception , release the public mail and information, Implement the temporary task by director and supervisor; Ensure that quality, safety, and environment covered under the responsible area meet company standards.

任职要求/ Qualifications：

必须具备的基本录用条件 Must-have qualifications

1.大专及以上；College degree or above;

2.一年以上行政工作经验，熟悉大型企业日常行政管理；

Processing at least 1 year administrative experience, familiar with daily administrative management of big enterprise;

3.较好的英语口语和书写能力；

Good English skills both oral and written;
4.熟练运用Word, Excel, Powerpoint 等软件；

Experienced in using Word, Excel, Powerpoint software;
5.具有良好的人际关系,组织协调能力, 团队合作精神；

Mature interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, organizing ability, coordinating ability, team work spirit;

6.愿意学习新的技能和接受新的挑战；

Willing to learn new tasks and take on new challenges;

7.仪表仪态大方得体。

Changan Ford Mazda Engine Co., Ltd. was established on September 26, 2005, official mass production was launched on April 26, 2007. The main products of the company are BZ and New I4 – two series of engines, covering displacement from 1.3L to 2.3L. In 2010, company produced engine 213,053 units and sold 212,232 units separately. At the end of 2011, the company's products will add Sigma new series of engines. Until then, the company is equipped with an overall manufacturing capacity of 430 thousand vehicle engines a year. Advanced technologies such as light cylinder block and cylinder head made of aluminum alloy, plastic-injection intake manifold, VCT mechanism (Variable Cam Timing), VIS mechanism (Variable Intake System), TSCV mechanism (Tumble Swirl Control Valve), MFI mechanism (Multi-port Fuel Injection), and balance shaft mechanism etc. are adopted for the products. Various new achievements in the field of engine design are also embodied through optimization of dynamic performance, fuel economy, emission, and NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) etc.
