Major responsibilities
Industrial Engineering, CI, Lean/MPS implementation, project management and part of product engineer responsibility.

Principal Accountabilities
?Drive operation excellence & various Continuous Improvement activities (CI)
?Responsible for Meritor Production System implementation at Naning and Xuzhou plants in China (MPS, Lean)
?Responsible for Industrial Engineering (IE)
?New Part Number, BOM and routing creation (Product Engineer)
?Coordinate new product launch (Project Engineer)
?Support the relocation at XMAL and Nanjing facility (Project Engineer)
?Facilities planning, capacity studies, layout and process improvements, equipment, capital requirements (AR) (IE)
?Responsible for CVA China Cost Reduction program (CI)
?Project management for operation project (domestic and overseas business) or new opportunity evaluation

Education and Experience
?Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment, automotive industry preferred, at least 3 years as Industrial Engineer, Lean Specialist, CI coordinator related position.
?Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Mech-Electrical or related
?Experience of ISO and QS/TS systems,Lean, TPS or Pull system
?Knowledge of Operation and Supply Chain systems and processes
?ERP experience preferred
?Well organised and project management skills
?Good command of English in oral and written
?Good communication skills
?Be able to travel if needed

Note:
This position is temporarily located in Wuxi for 3~5 months. After new Nanjing facility is completed, need to relocate to Jiangning Development Zone in Nanjing (南京江宁科学园).
