工资：基本工资（5险）+提成（具体面谈）+ 团队绩效；

公司提供部分住宿和晚餐补助；

第一年：S1级别（销售顾问）；

技能要求：销售能力，人际沟通能力

第二年：S2级别（销售经理）带领销售团队;

技能要求：销售能力，领导力；

第三年：P1级别（销售经理）

技能要求：成熟的沟通能力，团队带领关怀和绩效考核；

第四年：P2级别（合作伙伴）

公司在第四年提供利润分配，成为公司合作伙伴；
