• Day to day operation task delivery to complete order processing in time and with quality
• Deliver the order fulfilment performance to KPI target
• Respond to customer inquiry responsiviely, timely and appropriately via internal liasion with cross funciton coordination effectively
• Drive continous improvement as being a strong advocate and change agent
• Monitor adhereance to company policy and guideline as necessary
• Support business development/growth strategy
• Participate and able to lead cross function project as required

Qualification:

+ Bachelor Degree or above with relative majors

+ Minimum 10 years extensive customer service experiences

+ Good verbal and written communication skill

+ Attention to details and good analytics skill

+ Solid knowledge on SAP OTC, and SAP power user preferred

+ Good business acumen

+ Able to create value to both internal business and external customer

+ Strong leadership to manage changes and lead improvements
