职位描述：
1、管理控制公司在建项目的建筑设计相关工作；
      Deal with works related to architectural design of our current projects;
2、对项目设计方案进行分析，提出评判标准及建设性修改意见；
      Analyse design schemes of projects, propose evaluation standards and give constructive advice;
3、审查各阶段设计图纸，对图纸中存在的问题，提出解决问题的办法；
      Review drawings of all stages, point out problems and provide solutions;
4、解决处理建筑设计现场施工遇到的技术问题以及建筑设计变更的审核；
      Solve problems emerged in construction process and review and approve changes and adjustments made on design;
5、项目施工阶段负责相应现场关键技术节点控制；
      Control key technical points of construction process;
6、参与各类建筑设计相关会议，并提出专业建议。
      Attend conferences related to architectural design at the headquarter and provide suggestions.

任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，有海外背景优先考虑;
      Full-time bachelor degree or above, with priority in overseas background;
2、精通设计及建筑细节;
       Proficiency in architectural design and details refining;
3、具有多种建筑类型的设计经验，以办公楼、大型商场、酒店等大型公建为主;
      Rich experience in designing architectures of all types, particular in office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, etc.;
4、英语须流利
      Fluent in English is a must.
