Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in a multi-national company
- Experience in accounting procedures; Experience in accounting of E-Commerce Company will be highly preferred
- Experience with MS Office Package and Financial Software (SAP preferred)
- High proficiency in writing & speaking both Chinese and English
- Good communication skills & team spirit
- Detailed & reliable, self-motivated, pro-active and flexible personality
Purpose of the job:
- To support the Finance Manager of Shanghai office in financial performance according to the Head Office's directions.
Process responsibility:
- Communicate with local & foreign banks, duty office and accounting firms
Principal accountabilities / Main tasks:
- AP management, including overseas payment and inter-company reconciliation
- AR management, including VAT invoice related issues
- Import / export, banking practices including foreign exchange matters
- Travel Expense management, including expense claim process improvement
- Coordination with logistics partners regarding customs and transport issues
- Prepare monthly report
- Handle ad-hoc assignments / projects when necessary
