职位描述：
Job responsibilities:
1. Quote follow-up:
a. Find new suppliers online and send enquiries.
b. Push testing list from the testing department.
c. Get quotations from vendors and analyze the price and clarify the details.
d. Work on the price breakdown.
2. Sample follow-up:
a. Check sample specs.
b. Take samples pictures.
c. Make sample PPT and arrange PP sample review meeting.
3. Order follow-up:
a. Place order to vendors.
b. Check order status daily.
c. Arrange QC inspection.
d. Communicate with QC inspectors and vendors during inspection.
e. Arrange during-production testing.
f. Work with shipping coordinator and vendors for shipment.
4. Documentation: Need to handle the daily work documents or reports.
5. Daily report: Daily report to senior Project Manager.

Job requirements:
1. College graduate.
2. 1-2 years’ working experience for foreign trade company or factory.
3. Fluent in oral and written English.
4. Good at Excel, Word and PPT.
5. Hard-working and honest.
6. Can work under high pressure.
7. Can work overtime and go to the factories.
8. Patient, detailed-oriented and faster learner.
9. Organized and proactive.
