Job Description
- Provide excellent and prompt service to incoming customer inquiries through hotline (or online access), by actively listening to customer's requests and give a quick feedback.
- Dispatch/allocate incoming repair requests to responsible department/service provider.
- Monitor all requests and ensure resolution is provided on a timely basis and are subsequently closed.
- Coordinate with after sales team to maintain call center system and update internal knowledge base according to it.
- Keep maintenance records (weekly gather from distributors) well documented. Serve as liaison with other departments to provide a seamless service experience.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor
- Good communication skills with open mind
- Be responsible and customer oriented
- Fluent English in reading and writing, workable in oral
- Be able to work under pressure during heating season (October to April)
- 1-2 years customer service/call center working experience preferred
