Job Description:

• Performance Management, provide professional suggestion about legal requirements.
• Employee Relations and Union Management Employee Engagement
• Talent management by supporting management in proactively assessing,
• Implementation of Staffing, Training, C&B initiatives in conjunction with Centers of Excellence HR functions.
• Honeywell Operating System support in OD, behavior change and communication.
• Support Other project work as assigned

External Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree above with a concentration in Human Resources, Recruitment, HR BP or related discipline and 3 years of professional HR experience.
• Strong business acumen skills and quick learning capability HR experience with manufacture and strong customer service orientation.
• Good at cross function communication and strong accountability.
• Good written/oral communication & presentation skills in both Chinese and English
