职位描述：
主要工作职责：
Main Responsibilities:
1.根据产品图纸编制机加工艺指导文件，如过程流程图、机加工艺指导书等
According product drawing make process document and specification, such as process flow chart、process instruct drawing and so on.
2.组织新产品试制工艺策划及过程跟踪,组织相关工艺试验进行工艺验证进行工艺优化等
Organize process planning and tracing production process for new product, organize engineering test for improve process
3.负责生产现场工艺问题处理及提供相应技术支持，产品工艺持续改进降低生产成本
Responsible for production process trouble shoot and provide technical support, to keep improving for process to reduce production cost
4.根据工艺路线设计常规的工装
In charge of designing fixtures according to the process.
5.全力为采购提供技术支持
Provide strong technical support to purchasing department;
6.工艺相关或其他日常工作
Other process relevant or normal daily work;
任职要求：
Job Qualifications:
1.机械相关专业，本科及以上学历；
Bachelor or above, major in Mechanical or relative;
2.至少3年机械加工行业工艺工程师工作经验；
At least three years working experience as process engineer in machining industry;
3.熟悉机加工，懂数控车和加工中心编程;
Familiar with manufacturing, and understand the program of the CNC and milling machine;
4.最好熟悉齿轮类零件机械加工工艺（车削、滚插齿、剃齿、热处理、磨齿等）及方法，熟悉机加工艺参数的选用;
It's better to be familiar with gear machining process(turning、chaping、hobbing、shaving、HT.、tooth grinding) and process parameter select;
5.熟练应用Auto-CAD软件，三维软件Pro/E, Solidworks, Inventor, UG任选其一.
Skilled with Auto-CAD and one 3d software (Pro/E, Solidworks, Inventor, UG)
6.英语可进行技术交流与沟通
Good at speaking English.
7.认真严谨,独立分析思考解决问题的能力
Conscientious and strict and capacity for analysis and solve problem independently
8.抗压能力强
