JD:
1.Corporate secretary role support, including board meeting minutes, board member or structure change, and new license application support.
2.contract review and contract template draft support;
3.documents translation when bi-lingual version needs
4.support IP including trademark/patent related legal issues;
5.day to day response to any legal related inquires if any
Requirement:
1.Fluent in both oral and written English;
2.A law degree, IP major is a plus;
3. Proficient in MS office tools;
4. Team player and self-motivated;
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
